At CarexSales, we want every customer to have a positive experience. Since we sell digital virtual items delivered via Roblox Trading, our refund policy is tailored to the nature of these goods.

General Policy

All sales of virtual Roblox Limited items are generally final once the item has been successfully delivered and accepted through Roblox's trading system.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the purchased item for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
  • Wrong Item: If you receive a different item than what you purchased, we will either deliver the correct item or issue a full refund.
  • Item Issues Within Warranty: If the item has a verified issue within the 7-day warranty period, we will work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • The item has been successfully delivered and accepted through Roblox Trading.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • You have traded, sold, or transferred the item to another account after receiving it.
  • Your Roblox account was banned or restricted after the trade was completed (this is outside our control).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through your order messages within 7 days of your purchase. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Your Roblox username
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Filing an unauthorized chargeback after receiving your item is considered fraud. If a chargeback is filed after a successful delivery, we will provide evidence of delivery to dispute the claim. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our store and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
