If an item delivered to you is rolled back or reversed by Roblox within 7 days of delivery (for example, due to a Roblox-initiated transaction reversal), we will provide a replacement of the same item or an equivalent resolution at our discretion. To claim under this warranty, contact us within the 7-day period with your order number and proof of the rollback. This warranty does not cover losses caused by your own actions, sharing your account, scams by third parties, or rollbacks occurring after the 7-day period.
