Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all digital products sold by carexsales, including Roblox limited items, virtual goods, and other in-game or digital assets ("Digital Items"). Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, the terms below differ from those of a physical-goods store.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital and virtual goods, all sales are final once an item has been delivered to your account or trade has been initiated. Digital Items cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and we are generally unable to offer refunds for completed and delivered orders, except as set out in the rollback warranty below.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only in the following situations:
- You were charged but never received the Digital Item you purchased.
- You received an item that is materially different from what was described on the product page.
- The order could not be fulfilled by us for any reason.
7-Day Rollback Warranty
We offer a 7-day rollback warranty on delivered items. If an item delivered to you is rolled back or reversed by Roblox within 7 days of delivery (for example, due to a Roblox-initiated transaction reversal), we will provide a replacement of the same item or an equivalent resolution at our discretion. To claim, contact us within the 7-day period with your order number and proof of the rollback. This warranty does not cover losses caused by your own actions, sharing your account, third-party scams, or rollbacks occurring after the 7-day period.
How to Request Help
If you believe you qualify under the conditions above, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase (or within 7 days for a rollback claim) with your order number and any relevant screenshots or trade details. We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds when: the item was successfully delivered to the account or username you provided; you provided an incorrect Roblox username or account details; you changed your mind after delivery; or the value of a Roblox limited has changed (risen or fallen) after purchase. Market value fluctuations of limiteds are not grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your Digital Item may result in suspension from future purchases. Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly.
