CarexSales operates an online store that sells virtual Roblox Limited items. All products listed on this site are digital goods delivered in-game via the Roblox Trading system. No physical products are sold or shipped.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or you have obtained parental or guardian consent to make the purchase.
  • You have an active Roblox account with Roblox Premium membership and trading enabled.
  • You understand that you are purchasing a virtual item and agree to the delivery terms outlined below.

3. Products & Pricing

All items listed are virtual Roblox Limited accessories. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change based on market value fluctuations. We strive to offer the fairest and most competitive prices available.

We do not assert ownership or offer any rights to copyrighted material from Roblox Corporation. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

4. Ordering & Delivery

  • After purchase, you must contact us through your order with your Roblox username and your availability for the trade.
  • Items are delivered in-game via Roblox Trading at a mutually agreed-upon time.
  • Most deliveries are completed within a few hours. Due to Roblox's trade holding period, some deliveries may take up to 2 days.
  • You will be kept updated throughout the delivery process via order messages.

5. Warranty

All items are covered by a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery. If you experience any issues with your item during this period, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter.

6. Item Authenticity

We guarantee that all items sold through CarexSales are 100% clean and verified safe. We do not sell poisoned, flagged, or compromised limited items under any circumstances.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All sales are generally final once the item has been delivered.
  • If we are unable to deliver the purchased item, you will receive a full refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the item has been successfully delivered and accepted via Roblox Trading.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your Roblox account is in good standing and eligible for trading. CarexSales is not responsible for any account restrictions, bans, or issues imposed by Roblox Corporation on your account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to defraud, scam, or chargeback after receiving your item.
  • Provide false or misleading information during the transaction.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized chargebacks, will result in a permanent ban from our store and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

CarexSales is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. We are an independent reseller of virtual items. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarexSales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
